Sunrise Mentoring Outdoor Photography is my JAM.
I love it, I yearn to teach others and share my passion of photography. Are you a photographer interested in bettering your skills for outdoor shooting? I would love to connect and share my thoughts with you. I recently started offering mentoring to intimate small groups and 1:1 opportunities. During mentoring, you will learn all my ‘secrets’ to capturing the natural smiles, genuine interactions, comfortable posing and relaxed quick sessions. I teach you how to nail the images SOOC and how I edit the gallery. If you have interest in learning more about mentoring with me, click the mentoring tab above.

This family session was captured while mentoring 1:1 with Jessica De La Rosa Photography – She says “Outdoor Photography is more then clicking the shutter and hoping for the best. There are a lots of parts that make up a great family photo. Clothing choices, lighting, angels and most important genuine emotion are key to a great image. Stevie shared her “go to” methods to capturing those natural smiles, relaxed posing, and raw interaction. Success in any business is more than motivation, its continued education too. Learning new methods and working outside of your norm is important for personal growth. Having the opportunity to work side by side with a photographer I admire, is truly an amazing feeling. I will forever be grateful for the knowledge Stevie has provided me. I’m excited to see where this opportunity will take me and my business. If you are looking to take your family photography in a new direction, Stevie Cruz’s Outdoor Mentoring is your go to resource.”
